Alloy Wellness
Therapy rooted in connection. Change that lasts.
What People are saying
“I can’t think of a session with our therapist where I didn’t glean some nugget that stayed with me, something that helped me think about our issues in a new way. She is also just a kind, empathetic person who I believe genuinely cares about me and my spouse and wants to help us grow and heal.”
— A.N (Couples therapy)
Who We Are
Alloy Wellness is a virtual therapy practice based in Washington, D.C., supporting people who feel stuck—whether that shows up as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or relationship struggles.
We help clients build a healthier relationship with themselves and with others. Our work is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real connection—because meaningful change happens in relationship.
We work with individuals and with people in all kinds of relationships: partners, families, friends, and colleagues. Relationship wellness isn’t just for couples—it’s for anyone who wants more clarity, confidence, and connection.
Our approach is rooted in a self-of-the-therapist philosophy, meaning the relationship we build with you matters. We show up with presence, authenticity, and care.
Clients leave with greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and tools to navigate life and relationships more intentionally.
Benefits of Virtual Therapy
Now more than ever services are meeting people where they are and wellness is no different- it’s like a good exercise regimen for your mind . Everyone can benefit from it. Online therapy & coaching makes getting started easier than ever before. Let’s explore some of the biggest advantages of virtual services.
Saves time
Virtual wellness services eliminate the need for transportation and any travel-related costs. It also allows you to attend sessions from wherever you're most comfortable- scheduling sessions for times that are the most convenient for you.
Eases stigma
Whether via zoom or phone, online access on your terms can make it easier to overcome the anxiety and stigma historically attached to wellness treatment.
Gets Results
Research continues to show the effectiveness of virtual interactions. In fact, some studies have shown that videoconferencing is just as effective as face-to-face treatment. If you show up and do the work, you can expect results.
“Therapy is an unbelievable source of courage, energy, and hope in our lives. We've developed a much-improved understanding and acceptance of ourselves, each other, and the people closest to us. The work is hard, but the rewards are undeniable. Therapy has been like a release valve that helps us live in a calmer and more thoughtful state.”

Small steps lead to real impact.
Meet the Team
I genuinely love the work I do and I love to laugh. If we work together, you can expect growth, honesty, and moments of levity along the way.
I don’t believe coaching or therapy is a one-size-fits-all process. It’s not linear, and it’s not formulaic. My work is tailored to you—your goals, your patterns, and what’s getting in your way.
Working with me is an invitation to gain clarity about who you are, where you want to go, and what may be quietly holding you back. One of the most common barriers I see is internal/ mental habits and beliefs that once served a purpose but now act as roadblocks or self-sabotage.
Together, we work to loosen those patterns so you can move through life in alignment with yourself rather than in opposition. This work requires engagement, honesty, and accountability—but it’s also deeply rewarding.
Clients often report decreased anxiety, depression, mood instability, and feelings of loneliness, along with increased confidence, emotional balance, and self-trust. Many notice improvements in their relationships, communication, and ability to handle conflict, as well as greater clarity and momentum in their careers.
Most importantly, clients leave feeling more grounded, capable, and at ease—with themselves and with others.
